The advantage of multi-tap audio transformers is that they offer different electrical impedances as well as different gain or loss ratios making them useful for impedance matching of amplifiers and speaker loads.

As their name suggests, audio transformers are designed to operate within the audio band of frequencies and as such can have applications in the input stage (microphones), output stage (loudspeakers), inter-stage coupling as well as impedance matching of amplifiers. In all cases, the frequency response, primary and secondary impedances and power capabilities all need to be considered.

Audio and impedance matching transformers are similar in design to low frequency voltage and power transformer, but they operate over a much wider frequency range of frequencies. For example, 20Hz to 20kHz voice range. Audio transformers can also conduct DC in one or more of their windings for use in digital audio applications as well as transforming voltage and current levels at high frequency.

Since the same amount of voltage is induced within each single coil turn of both windings, the primary to secondary voltage ratio (VP/VS) will therefore be the same value as the turns ratio.

Where ZP is the primary winding impedance, ZS is the secondary winding impedance, (NP/NS) is the transformers turns ratio, and (VP/VS) is the transformers voltage ratio.

Note however that this 100 volts only exists on the line when the power amplifier driving the line is operating at full rated power otherwise there is reduced power (lower sound volume) and line voltage.

So for a 100V (70.7V rms) line speaker system, the line transformer steps up the audio output signal voltage to 100 volts so that the transmission line current for a given power output is comparatively low, reducing signal losses allowing smaller diameter or gauge cables to be used.

 When I conduct conferences, it isn't unusual to have one or two attendees who are new to the stamping die and pressworking world. Some are young new hires trying to learn about stamping, and others are individuals who have been transferred from a different department and thrown to the wolves in the stamping department.

This article is the first in a series intended to introduce beginner toolmakers, die maintenance technicians, engineers, and press technicians to stamping. The series will define a die as well as a stamping operation. It will also discuss cutting and forming operations, components and functions, and different methods used to stamp parts.

What Is a Stamping Die?

A stamping die is a special, one-of-a-kind precision tool that cuts and forms Metal Stamping into a desired shape or profile. The die's cutting and forming sections typically are made from special types of hardenable steel called tool steel. Dies also can contain cutting and forming sections made from carbide or various other hard, wear-resistant materials.

How Many Die Types Exist?

There are many kinds of stamping dies, all of which perform two basic operations—cutting, forming, or both. Manually or robotically loaded dies are referred to as line dies. Progressive and transfer dies are fully automated.

Cutting is perhaps the most common operation performed in a stamping die. The metal is severed by placing it between two bypassing tool steel sections that have a small gap between them. This gap, or distance, is called the cutting clearance.

Blanking—A dual-purpose cutting operation usually performed on a larger scale, blanking is used in operations in which the slug is saved for further pressworking. It also is used to cut finished piece parts free from the sheet metal. The profiled sheet metal slug removed from the sheet by this process is called the blank, or starting piece of sheet metal that will be cut or formed later (see Figure 5).

Piercing—Often called perforating, piercing is a metal cutting operation that produces a round, square, or special-shaped hole in flat sheet metal or a formed part. The main difference between piercing and blanking is that in blanking, the slug is used, and in piercing the slug is discarded as scrap. The cutting punch that produces the hole is called the pierce punch, and the hole the punch enters is called the matrix (see Figure 6).

Lancing—In lancing, the metal is sliced or slit in an effort to free up metal without separating it from the strip. Lancing often is done in progressive dies to create a part carrier called a flex or stretch web (see Figure 7).

Cutting clearances change with respect to the type of cutting operation being performed, the metal's properties, and the desired edge condition of the piece part. The cutting clearance often is expressed as a percentage of the metal's thickness. The most common cutting clearance used is about 10 percent of the metal's thickness.

Very high force is needed to cut metal. The process often introduces substantial shock to the die and press. In most cutting operations, the metal is stressed to the point of failure, which produces a cut edge with a shiny portion referred to as the cut band, or shear, and a portion called the fracture zone, or break line (see Figure 2).

Stamping is a cold-forming operation, which means that no heat is introduced into the die or the sheet material intentionally. However, because heat is generated from friction during the cutting and forming process, stamped parts often exit the dies very hot.

 السحر هو أعمالٌ يقوم بها الساحر بالاستعانة بالجنّ والشياطين ابتغاء جعل المسحور يقوم بما يرغب به الساحر عن طريق عزائم ورُقى وعقد تؤثر في قلب المسحور وبدنه، وتختلف أنواع السحر بحسب مبتغاها فمنها سحر المرض وسحر المحبة وسحر الجنون وسحر التفريق وغيرها من الأنواع التي حرّمها الإسلام جميعها واعتبر الساحر كافرًا ومشركًا بالله، فالساحر لا يصل إلى ما هو عليه إلّا بعد أن يكفر بالله -جلّ وعلا-، وسيتم في هذا المقال الحديث عن أعراض سحر التفريق وسبل الوقاية من السحر.[١] أعراض سحر التفريق يتلخصّ سحر التفريق بأنّه سحرٌ يتمّ عقده لغاية التفريق بين شخصين وفي غالب الأحيان يكون للتفريق بين المرء وزوجته، ويمكن أن يُعقد سحر التفريق للتفريق بين الأم وابنها أو بين الأب وابنه أو بين الأخوة وغير ذلك، وسحر التفريق من الأمور التي أكّد الإسلام وجودها وحرّمها فقد قال -تعالى- في محكم كتابه: {وَمَا كَفَرَ سُلَيْمَانُ وَلَٰكِنَّ الشَّيَاطِينَ كَفَرُوا يُعَلِّمُونَ النَّاسَ السِّحْرَ وَمَا أُنزِلَ عَلَى الْمَلَكَيْنِ بِبَابِلَ هَارُوتَ وَمَارُوتَ ۚ وَمَا يُعَلِّمَانِ مِنْ أَحَدٍ حَتَّىٰ يَقُولَا إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ فِتْنَةٌ فَلَا تَكْفُرْ ۖ فَيَتَعَلَّمُونَ مِنْهُمَا مَا يُفَرِّقُونَ بِهِ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَزَوْجِهِ ۚ وَمَا هُم بِضَارِّينَ بِهِ مِنْ أَحَدٍ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ}،[٢]وأمّا أعراض سحر التفريق فإنها تتجلّى في بعض الأفعال والتصرفات ومنها وما يأتي:[٣] انقلاب أحوال الشخصين وتبدّل مشاعرهما من حبّ إلى بغضٍّ وكره. تزايد الشكوك بينهما ممّا يزيد من المشكلات التي تقع بينهما. اختلاق المشاكل والخلافات وتعظيمها والتخاصم على أتفه الأمور. تغيير نظرة الرجل لزوجته أو المرأة لزوجها، فقد يراها قبيحةً ولو كانت أجمل النساء، وقد ترى المرأة زوجها في منظرٍ مرعب يخيفها. عدم تقبل المسحور للطرف الآخر وكراهيته لأيّ عملٍ يقوم به. ومن أعراض سحر التفريق أيضًا عدم ارتياح المسحور في المكان الذي يتواجد فيه الطرف الآخر وكره الجلوس معه والبقاء بقربه.

 عراض سحر المحبة:

1- الشغف والمحبة الزائدتان.

2- الرغبة الشديدة في كثرة الجماع.

3- عدم الصبر عنها.

4- التلهف الشديد لرؤيتها.

5- طاعته لها طاعة عمياء.

 

كيف يحدث سحر المحبة؟

كثيرًا ما تحدث الخلافات بين الرجل والمرأة[4]، ولكنها سرعان ما تزول وتعود الحياة إلى مجاريها الطبيعية، ولكن هناك نساء لا يصبرن على ذلك، فيسارعن إلى الذهاب إلى السحرة؛ ليضعوا لهن سحرًا يحببهن إلى أزواجهن؛ وهذا من قلة دين تلك المرأة، أو من جهلها بأن هذا حرام ولا يجوز، فيطلب الساحر منها أثرًا من آثار زوجها "منديلاً - أو قَلَنْسُوَة - أو ثوبًا - أو فنيلة"، بشرط أن تكون حاملة لرائحة عرق الزوج - أي: لا تكون جديدة أو مغسولة - بل تكون مستعملة، ثم يأخذ منها بعض الخيوط، وينفث عليها، ويعقدها، ثم يأمرها أن تدفنها في مكان مهجور، أو أن يصنع لها سحرًا على ماء أو طعام، وأشد ما يكون على نجاسة، وأشد منه ما يكون بدم الحيض، ثم يأمرها بأن تضعه لزوجها في طعامه، أو شرابه، أو في طِيبِه.

 

الآثار العكسية لسحر المحبة:

1- أحيانًا يمرض الزوج بسبب هذا السحر، وقد علمْتُ بأن رجلاً مَرِض 3 سنوات بسبب ذلك.

 

2- أحيانًا ينقلب السحر بالعكس فيكره زوجته، وهذا ناتج عن جهل كثير من السحرة بأصول السحر.

 

3- أحيانًا تعمل الزوجة لزوجها سحرًا مزدوجًا، بأن يكره كل النساء، ويحبها وحدها، فيسبب ذلك كراهية الزوج لأمه، وأخواته، وعمَّاته، وخالاته، وجميع ذَوِي رحمه من النساء.

 

4- أحيانًا ينقلب السحر المزدوج، فيكره الرجل كل النساء حتى زوجته، وقد علمْتُ بحالة من هذا القبيل، حتى إن الزوج كره زوجته، وطلقها، فذهبت الزوجة إلى الساحر مرة أخرى؛ ليفُكَّ لها هذا السحر، ولكنها فوجئت بأن الساحر قد مات، ومن حفر لأخيه حفرة وقع فيها.

 

أسباب سحر المحبة:

1- نشوب الخلافات بين الزوجين.

 

2- طمع المرأة في مال الزوج، خاصة إن كان غنيًّا.

 

3- إحساس المرأة بأن زوجها سيتزوج بأخرى - رغم أن هذا جائز شرعًا - ولا غضاضة فيه، ولكن المرأة في هذا الزمان - خاصة المتأثرات بأجهزة الإعلام المدَمِّرة - تظن أن زوجها إذا أقدم على الزواج بأخرى، فهذا دليل على أنه لا يحبها، وهذا خطأ فاحش؛ لأن هناك أسبابًا كثيرة، يمكن أن تدفع الرجل إلى الزواج بثانية، وثالثة، ورابعة، رغم أنه يحب زوجته الأولى، منها مثلاً: رغبته في كثرة الأولاد، أو عدم صبره عن المعاشرة في وقت حيض امرأته ونفاسها، أو رغبته في توطيد علاقته بأسرة مُعَيَّنة، أو غير ذلك من الأمور.

 

السحر الحلال:

وهذه نصيحة أقدمها للمرأة المسلمة، وهي أنها يُمكِن أن تسحر زوجها بما أحل الله لها بكثرة التزين والتجمل له، فلا تقع عينه منها على قبيح، ولا يشم منها إلا أطيب ريح، وبالابتسامة المشرقة، وبالكلمة الطيبة، وحسن العشرة، والمحافظة على مال الزوج، ورعاية الأطفال، وحسن العناية بهم، وطاعته إلا في معصية الله، ولكن لو نظرنا إلى مجتمعنا اليوم، لوجدنا تناقضًا عجيبًا في هذه الأمور، فنجد المرأة تتزين أحسن زينة، وتلبس ما لديها من حُلِيٍّ، وتخرج كأنها في يوم زفافها، هذا إذا كانت في حفلة، أو زيارة لإحدى صديقاتها، فإذا عادت إلى بيتها غسلت زينتها، وخلعت حُلِيَّها ووضعته مكانه؛ انتظارًا لحفلة أخرى، أو زيارة ثانية، وزوجها المسكين الذي اشترى لها هذه الثياب وتلك الحلي، محرومٌ من التمتع بها، فلا يراها في البيت إلا بالأثواب القديمة، وتفوح منها رائحة الطبخ والبصل والثوم.

 

ولو عَقَلَت المرأة، لعلِمت أن زوجها أحق بهذه الزينة، وهذا التجمل،رقم ساحر  فإذا خرج زوجُكِ إلى العمل سارعي بإنهاء عمل البيت، ثم اغتسلي وتزيني وتجملي وانتظريه، فإذا حضر من عمله رأى أمامه زوجة جميلة، وطعامًا معَدًّا، وبيتًا نظيفًا، فيزداد لكِ حبًّا، وبكِ تمسُّكًا، فهذا - لَعَمْرُ اللهِ - هو السحر الحلال، خاصة إذا نَوَتْ بذلك طاعة الله في التجمل للزوج، وإعانته على غض بصره عن الحرام؛ لأن الشبعان لا يشتهي الطعام، ولكن يشتهيه ويتلهف عليه مَنْ حُرِمَ منه، فاعقلي هذه الكلمات؛ فإنها ثمينة.

 

علاج سحر المحبة:

1- تقرأ على المريض الرقية التي ذكرتها آنفًا، غير أنك تحذف منها الآية رقم 102 من سورة البقرة، وتضع مكانها الآيات 14، 15، 16 من سورة التغابن، وهي قوله تعالى: ﴿ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّ مِنْ أَزْوَاجِكُمْ وَأَوْلَادِكُمْ عَدُوًّا لَكُمْ فَاحْذَرُوهُمْ وَإِنْ تَعْفُوا وَتَصْفَحُوا وَتَغْفِرُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ * إِنَّمَا أَمْوَالُكُمْ وَأَوْلَادُكُمْ فِتْنَةٌ وَاللَّهُ عِنْدَهُ أَجْرٌ عَظِيمٌ * فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ وَاسْمَعُوا وَأَطِيعُوا وَأَنْفِقُوا خَيْرًا لِأَنْفُسِكُمْ وَمَنْ يُوقَ شُحَّ نَفْسِهِ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ ﴾ [التغابن: 14 - 16].

 

2- غالبًا لا يُصرَع المسحور بهذا النوع من السحر، وإنما يشعر بتخدير في الأطراف، أو صداع في الرأس، أو ضِيق في الصدر، أو ألم شديد في المعِدَة، خاصة إذا كان قد شرب السحر، وربما تقيأ.

 

فإن شعر بألم في المعِدَة، أو رغبة في التقيؤ، فاقرأ له هذه الآيات على ماءٍ، ومُرْهُ أن يشرب منها أمامك، فإن تقيأ شيئًا أصفر أو أحمر أو أسود، فقد بطل السحر، والحمد لله، وإلا فمُرْهُ أن يشرب من هذا الماء 3 أسابيع أو أكثر؛ حتى يبطل السحر.

 

وهذه الآيات هي:

﴿ قَالَ مُوسَى مَا جِئْتُمْ بِهِ السِّحْرُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَيُبْطِلُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُصْلِحُ عَمَلَ الْمُفْسِدِينَ * وَيُحِقُّ اللَّهُ الْحَقَّ بِكَلِمَاتِهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُجْرِمُونَ ﴾ [يونس: 81، 82].

 

﴿ وَأَوْحَيْنَا إِلَى مُوسَى أَنْ أَلْقِ عَصَاكَ فَإِذَا هِيَ تَلْقَفُ مَا يَأْفِكُونَ * فَوَقَعَ الْحَقُّ وَبَطَلَ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ * فَغُلِبُوا هُنَالِكَ وَانْقَلَبُوا صَاغِرِينَ * وَأُلْقِيَ السَّحَرَةُ سَاجِدِينَ * قَالُوا آمَنَّا بِرَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ * رَبِّ مُوسَى وَهَارُونَ ﴾ [الأعراف: 117، 122].

 

﴿ إِنَّمَا صَنَعُوا كَيْدُ سَاحِرٍ وَلَا يُفْلِحُ السَّاحِرُ حَيْثُ أَتَى ﴾ [طه: 69].

تقرأ هذه الآيات على الماء.

 

مع ملاحظة الإخفاء على المرأة؛ لأنها لو علمت جددت له السحر مرة أخرى.

 

نموذج عملي لعلاج سحر المحبة:

رجل تقوده زوجته.

 

جاءني هذا الرجل وأخبرني بأنه كان طبيعيًّا مع زوجته، ومنذ أشهر صار غريبًا عجيبًا.

 

يقول: لا أصبر عن زوجتي لحظة، حتى إنني أكون في العمل وأنا أفكر فيها، مشغول بها، وإذا رجعت من العمل ودخلت البيت بادرتُ بالنظر إليها لأراها، وإذا كنْتُ جالسًا في المجلس مع ضيوفي تركتهم بين الحين والآخر، ودخلْتُ إليها لأراها، أغار عليها غيرة شديدة فوق العادة، أكثرت من معاشرتها، وصارت كأنها تقودني، إذا دخلَتِ المطبخ دخلْتُ خلفها، وإذا دخلت غرفة النوم وراءها، وإذا ذهبت لتكنس البيت وتنظفه وراءها، فما أدري ما الذي حدث لي؟ إذا طلبَتْ مني طلبًا مهما كان، بادرْتُ بتنفيذه.

 

فقرأْتُ له آيات من كتاب الله - عز وجل - على ماء، وأمرْتُه أن يشرب ويغتسل منه لمدة 3 أسابيع ثم يراجعني دونما تشعر المرأة، وبعد المدة المقررة عاد إليَّ، وقال: الأمر قد خف، ولكن لم ينته تمامًا، فكررت له العلاج، والحمد لله، ولا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله.

The housing market has been booming during the pandemic in the U.S., with cheaper borrowing costs and the desire for more space to spread out fueling a surge in purchases.

King and Mitchell have lived at Ballantrae since 2009. He said the development matches their own lifestyle.

“This (development) will be for those folks in their late 50s who might want the space of a house and not be stuck with a condo association,” King said after the council meeting. “They want to live in a boutique community (and) get into something that is spacious, but still have the freedom.”

The “modern farmhouses” that would go up there would include exposed stone foundations, hardy plank architecture, white and black windows and metal roofs on porch overhangs, King said.

The houses will be one and two-story designs and have three-car garage options and patios.

The land is partially agricultural now, but is surrounded by other housing developments. The property has an appraised value of $683,000 according to the Franklin County auditor.
Dublin council members had questions during the process about architectural specifications of the patios, fences, building materials and landscaping on the development. The developer has a cost-sharing agreement between the homeowner’s association and the city for maintenance of the stormwater basins after some conversation with council.
